In 2011, 30 leaders in the field of social impact measurement came together for an Impact Summit to discuss how leadership and collaboration could make impact measurement part of everyday practice for the thousands of charities, social enterprises, funders, commissioners and investors that make up the social sector.

This report outlines the state of impact measurement in the charity sector in 2011, and laid the foundations for the formation of the Inspiring Impact programme.
