Sported worked with Inspiring Impact partners New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) and Evaluation Support Scotland (ESS) through a Sub-sector Partnership. Sported used Inspiring Impact resources, Volunteers and peer support workshops (known as learning clusters) to support a pilot group with their impact practice, and develop the Fit for Impact (FFI) online tool.

This report was written at the end of the pilot stage of the FFI development, and examines how effective the programme had been so far and what it would need to do to successfully scale-up.
