This document offers a a brief overview of impact reporting including: How charities and social enterprises should report their impact through annual reports, annual reviews and impact reports; management information and board reports; reports to funders, supporters, investors and commissioners; and internal communications with staff and volunteers. The document also covers the nature of the impact that charities should be communicating.
