Features

A company area to set up training programmes with KPI’s, programme objectives, schedule events, add employee tasks and set costs of the programme. The system will then correspond via e-mail with relevant employees who will often complete a short training assessment pre and post training, complete goals as required and download personal impact reports for appraisal discussions or internal job opportunities. The organisation can download impact reports by programme and individual.
