Organisations can bring together all their data about their work into one place. Front-line staff have everything they need at their fingertips; administrative functions can be carried out easily; and powerful reporting gives managers insights into their organisation’s work in real time.
Lamplight is really flexible. Use the functions you need and turn off those you don’t. Full (and fully customisable) profiles for service users, staff, partners and funders bring together everything you know about that person or organisation. Link profiles together to understand the family, professional or social connections between them. Store comprehensive details of the work you do; referrals; waiting lists; and communications sent. Use whatever outcome measures you need and enter them using our unique clickable radar chart to see change over time. Enter your own surveys and send them out to be completed online. Send personalised emails, letters, or text messages in bulk and store them alongside photos or other documents. Publish selected information to your own website if you need to. Staff management keeps track of hours worked, holidays, and training. Calculate the costs of services and create rules to charge users (or funders) when they use them. Incredibly powerful and flexible reporting extracts the summary or detailed information you need. And you can do it all within the system, you don’t need to ask us to add a field or create a new report.
There are implementation support packages at various levels to help you get set up, and ensure that the system is going to do what you need it to. On-site or central training to help you get the most out of your system. There is a data migration service to transfer data from old systems to Lamplight. We also offer on-going support packages.
