This report is designed to showcase the benefits that can result from charities working together as part of ‘impact networks’ (in which charities cooperate to play different roles across a range of crucial activities). This can ensure that charities’ scarce resources are allocated to activities that are most effective in delivering outcomes.
The report outlines: What impact networks are, why they are necessary in the current financial climate, how impact networks can improve outcomes, and how they can be put into practice. The report includes a number of case studies to demonstrate these principles.
NPC also offers paid training on impact measurement and reporting, as well as charity ‘theory of change’ workshops, that can help to work out the activities that a charity should be focusing on in pursuit of its ultimate aims.
