Who we are

Inspiring Impact is managed and delivered by six organisations across the UK

We know that people who work and volunteer for charities, social enterprises and funders across the UK face many of the same challenges. But they also operate in different contexts depending on the nation where they are based. No matter where you are in the UK, you can access our online support and many of you will have access to our peer networks too. Here are the organisations behind the programme:

Community Evaluation Northern Ireland (CENI) provides evaluation support services to the voluntary and community sector and its funders in Northern Ireland. CENI leads Inspiring Impact’s work in Northern Ireland, translating the programme to that context and delivering Northern Ireland-specific activities.

Evaluation Support Scotland (ESS) works with voluntary organisations and funders so that they can measure and report on their impact and improve their services. ESS leads Inspiring Impact’s work in Scotland, translating the programme to a Scottish context and delivering Scotland-specific activities.

Social Value UK (SVUK) is the national network for social impact and social value. SVUK is a member of the global network Social Value International. SVUK leads Inspiring Impact’s networks in England and oversees all of the network activity in the four nations.

Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) supports and represents voluntary organisations in Wales. WCVA leads Inspiring Impact’s work in Wales, translating the programme to a Wales context and delivering Wales-specific activities.

New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) is an independent think tank and consultancy dedicated to helping charities and funders achieve a greater impact. NPC oversees the programme management, website content and Impact Champions.

NCVO Charities Evaluation Services (NCVO CES) is a leading provider of support and advice on quality and evaluation systems for the voluntary sector and the largest umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector in England. They work with NPC to develop website content and support the Impact Champions.
